FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Aetition for Adoption
filed herein, aricl it appearing to the Court that the peritianer, RUTH
AILEEN FERRELL, is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child ~

herein.sought to be adoptied, and that the best inte~ests of the said child ~
will be promoted by the adoptton, and said child is suitable for adoption ~
by the petitioner; and the Cau~t having been otherwise fully advised in. the
premises, upon consideration thereaf, it is .
, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minar child herein sought to
be adopted is hereby declared to be the legal child of the peritianer, RUTH
AILEEN FERRELL, and is hereby given the name of BETTY JEAN FERRELL,
by which name she shall hereafter be known. It is
FURTI-~R ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said child shall be the
child and legal heir of the petitioner, RUTH AILEEN FERRELL, and shall
; be entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to all obligations of any
