That We, GENEVIEVE ANN SNOW, Executrix of the Estate of Aloysius R.
Ruppelt, a/k/a A.R. Ruppelt, deceased, and HYACINTHIA H. RUPPELT, Widow
of Aloysius R. Ruppelt, a/k/a A.R. Ruppelt, parties of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable epn-
siderations, received from or on behalf of GENEVIEVE ANrI SNO~W, Nom3nee for

second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, #
the receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sel1,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part, a
certain mortgage bearing date the lst day of July, A.D., 197~, made by
ROBERT L. DUNPHY and SALLY A. DUNPHY, his wife, in favor of A. R. RUPPELT
and HYACINTHIA H. RUPPELT, his wife, and recorded in Official Records Bool'c
229, page 555, public records of St. Lucie Country, Florida, upon the following
descri.bed piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County and
