The stipulation of the parties as to amounts due and
owing Plaintiff ADELE LEEPER, Defendant THE FLORIDA BANK AT FORT
PIERCE, and Defendant THE FARMERS PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION,
having come before the Court, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AI~TD DECREED:
1. Upon confirmation of the sale heretofore conducted
~ by the Clerk of this Court on October 1, 1975, and after payment

f of all costs~and expenses in connection with said sale,. the Clerk

~ of this Court shall make distribution of the proceeds of said sal-e

~ ' by paying to Plaintiff's attorneys, namely the law firm of Farr,
Farr, Haymans, Moseley & Odom, 166 North Tamiami Drive, NE, ~ort
Charlotte, Florida 33952, as trustees, the sum of FORTY-SIX
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX DOLLARS ($46,666.00), the sarae
being the total sum due Plaintiff; by paying to the attorney for
" cross-claimant THE FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, namely PHILIP G.

~ NOURSE, 133-A North Fourth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, as
trustee, the sum of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE AND
79/100 DOLLARS ($3,663.70), the same being the total sum due cross=
