PARTIAL RELEASE Of MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CI7Y BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organlzed under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and fiolder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
=S,lOQ,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. lucie County, Florida,
encumberi ng certai n 1 ands in St. Luc1 e County, f 1 ori da therei n
more particularly descrfbed; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the.sum secured .
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbertng other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Officlal Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
MHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
. City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage; '
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that notfiing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
