PARTIAL REL~ASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187', Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated Octaber 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands fn Polk County, Florida. which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First Nationa]
Cfty Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

said Mortgagor, fts successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and frpn the ~ien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminlsh the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
