October 9, 196?_, Intestate, as appears {n York Cour.ty Probate, Docket t~`8Q516,
leaving a widow, Elizabeth G. Howard, Grantee herein, and son, Jeremy Hokard
as sole heir at law, Grantor herein.
And the said party of the first parc does hereby fully warrant the title to
