direct the Trustees of the WILLIAM J. PIOWATY Trust to deed the
property described in said Articles of Agreement recorded in O. R.
Book 101, Page 456, of the St. Lucie County Public Records, to

C. R. McDONALD, JR. and they are hereby authorized to issue said
deed directly to C. R. McDONALD, JR. as the.Agreement has been paid
off by C. R. McDONALD, JR., and title to the property is now vested
in JAMES PIOWATY, by virtue of a Levy of the United States Government,
and the purpose of the~de~d is to clarify title to said properby by
said C. R. McDONALD, JR., which property is legally described as
