tained in any bona fide written offor made to Cooper, his heirs or
personal representatives, by giving Cooper notice of Bittan's~in-
tention to do so within 20 days after written notification to Bittan

of such bona fide offer. Such notification shall be sent by certi-

fied mail, return receipt requested, to Bittan at 1021 Grandview
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, FL, and be accompanied by a fully executed
copy of such offer to purchase, which must state price and terms of
sale, property description and interest rate. Should Bittan wish to
exercise its right to purchase, it must, within 20 days of receipt ~
of such notification and copy of offer of purchase, notify Cooper
by certified mail, return receipt requested, at Cooper's tax roll
address, of Bittan's intention to exercise said right to purchase.
If Bittan so notifies Cooper, Cooper shall furnish Bittan a current
Abstract of Title on subject property, whereupon Bittan shall have
10 days to examine ~he title and, if title be found marketable, to
close the purchase. If Bittan fails to notify Cooper, Cooper shall
have the right to sell the property described in the contract of
sale to the purchaser named therein, and further, Bittan agrees to
execute a proper release for said parcel.
; If Cooper shall not receive an offer of purchase but decide
~ to offer same for sale, he shall give Bittan the same notification

~ and information as required above for a third party offer and Bittan
~ shall have the same right to purchase under the same conditions as
~ stated above for a third party offer. Bittan's failure to exercise

~ its right to purchase one portion of Cooper's property shall not ex-

~ tinguish Bittan's right to exercise the right to purchase on a sub-
~
sequent offer of another portion of subject property.
