HomeMy WebLinkAbout0068 Th~.s condominium shall be identified as OCEANA OCEAN- FRONT CONDOM~NxUM O~NE, and shall be subject to and administered and mainta~ined in accordance with the provisions of the Condominium Act as supplemente8 by the provisions of this Declaration of Condo~- minium and shall be binding upon the Developer, the grantees of Developer, their grantees, mortgagees, devisees, heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and any persons holding by, throuqh or under the grantees of Developer, for so lonq as this condominium shall exist. , I. DEFINTTIONS A. ~Apartmen~ts~ tlr~it~~ ApaYtaren~t Unit - Individual ~ private dwelling. B. Apa~tment ~B~ui~ldinc~ - A building in which apartments are located. • C. Assessment - A share of the funds required for the payment of common expenses which from time to time is assessed against the apartment vwner. D. Comnaon~ ~lenients - The portions of the condominiwn property not included in the individual apartments including tangi- ble personal property owned by the Condominium Association and required for the operation of the condominium. E. Conm~on Expenses - Expenses for which the apart- ment owners are liable to the Condomi.nium Association. F. Conunon Surglus - The excess of all receipts of the Condominium Association from this condominium, including but not limited to, assessments, rents, profits and revenues on account of the conunon elements, over the amount of co~nmon expenses of this condominium. G.
