as Developer owns the apartments so altered. No such change shall
increase the number of apartments nor alter the boundaries of the
conm~on elements without amendment of this Declaration in the
manner provided herein. Any such chanqes made by the Ueveloper
shall be reflected by an amendment to this Declaration. If more
than one apartment is concerned, Developer shall apportion between.
the apartments, the shares in the Comanon Elements appurtenant to
the apartments concerned.
C. Amendment of Declaration - An amenclment of this
~ Declaration reflecting authorized alteration of apartment plans
by Developer need be signed and acknowledged only by Developer
and need not be approved by the Condominium Association, apartment
owners, lienors or mortgagees, whether or not such approval is
otherwise required for an amenciment.

III. PROPERTY INTERESTS
A. The Condominium Property - The Condominiun
Property corisists of the land hereinbefore described, all improve-
ments located thereon, all easements and rights appurtenant thexeto
intended for use in connection with the Condominium, aIl easements
for the use, enjoyment and benefit of all apartment owners of this
I condominiwn, also as hereinafter provided, and any property or

~ B. Condo~ninium Parcel - Each owner of a Condominium

~ Parcel shall have exclusive possession of, and fee simple title to an
~ apartment and, as appurtenances thereto, the undivided share of Common

~ Elements and Common Surplus as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached__
~ hereto and made a part hereof by reference, the exclusive right to the
use of Limited Common Elements consisting of a parking space and balcony,
