HomeMy WebLinkAbout0076 ~ ~ ~ meeting of the Board, the Associdtion shall levy and collect assess~ ment shares as provided by said budget. 2. ~ Spec~i~a~l Assesstnents - The Condominiwa Association shall levy special assessments to cover those comunon expenses for which the common surplus funds are inadequate or to cover the cost of additional conanon elements. The Condominium Association may make additional permanent improvements to the Commnon Elements only with the consent of the awners of one hundred ' tw~o (102) or more Condominium Parcels. 3. Fayment and Default - Regular assessments shall be made on a quarter-annual basis, and shall be due and payable on the first day of each calendar quarter of each year. Special assessments shall be due and payable upon mailing of notice of same to such owners at the last address furnished by such owners to the Conflominium Association. All assessments shall be collected by and made payable to the Condominium Associa- tion, and, at the option of the Condominium Association, all assessments more than (15) days past due shall bear interest • at the rate of 10$ per.annum from the due date thereof until paid. Joint awners of a Condominium Parcel shall be severally and jointly liable for the full ar.iount of all assesgments chargeable against said Condominium Parcel. i In the event an assessment is not paid within 15 days _ ~ - i of the date that payment of same is due, then the Condominium • ~ ~ .
