individually-owned appliances and any additions to the exterior
of the main building, including but not limited to radio or tele-
vision antennae, shall also require approval by the Condominium
Association.
5. Each owner shall be liable for any and all
~ damage.to the condominium property, which•shall be caused by the
negligence of said o~mer, his lessees, and to the extent that such
damage is not covered by insurance proceeds, such awner shall be
assessed for the cost of repairs, which shall be collectible and
enforceable as in the case of other assessments levied by the
Condominium Association. Each owner shal~l promptly pay when due all
repair bills and/or utility bills which may be a separate lien or
charge against his apartment.
6. Common walks and/or other common areas shall
not be obstructed, littered, defaced or misused in any manner.
Exterior surfaces of apartments and limited conmion elements shall
not be deco'rated in any manner without the approval of the Condo-
minium Association. No signs may he exposed except those which have
been approved in writing by the Condominium Association. This shall
not be construed to prohibit display of signs by the Developer until
such time as all apartments have been initially sold.

~ 7. Pets may be kept in the condominium with

" In no event shall pets be permitted in any areas of the common

~ elements, unless said pets are carried or restrained on a leash
~ so as not to be objectionable to any other persons.

; 8. Each owner shall permit reasonable access to

; his apartment and limited common elements by the officers, directors,
; employees, agents and/or invitees of the Condomi.nium Association
~ for the purpose of maintenance, inspection, repair or replacement
