• XVI. RIGHT3 OF DEVELOPER
Notw~thstandinc~ anything-said in VI, prior to the first
effective annual meetinq of the membership of~ the Condominium Associa-
tion, Developer shall not be assessed for and shall not be required
to pay assessn?ent for Condominiwn Parcels owned by Developer and
offered for sale in the ordinary course of business. Prior to said
first effective annual meeting, Developer may, in its sole discretion,
contribute funds toward payment of Common Expenses so to make up,
in part or in tAtal, any deficit incurred by the Condominium Associa-
tion in operating this Condominium.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Developer has executed this
Declaration of Condominium in Jensen-Beach, St. Lucie County,
