We, the undersigned, hereby.associate ourselves
together for the purpose oF forming a corporation not for ~
profit under Chapter 617 of the-Florida Statutes, and certify
as follows: -
ARTICLE I.
The name of this corporation shall be:

a Condominium Association, •
and shall hereina£ter be referred to as the "Condominium Asso-
ciation". . '
. ARTICLE II.
~ The purpose for which the Condominium Association ~
is organized is to manage, operate and mai.ntain a condominium
. to be known as ah "Oceana Oceanfront Condominium One". Said Condo-
minium shall be operated on a non-profit basis for the mutual use,
benefit, enjoyment and advantage of the individual residents of said
Condominium; to make such improvements, additions and alterations to ~
said Condominium as may be necessary or desirable from time to time
as authorized by the respective Declaration of said Condominiwn'and
the By-Laws of the Condominium Association; to purchase and own
personal property; and to conduct and transact all business necessary
and proper in the management, operation and maintenance of said Condo-
minium; all as agents of the awners of the Condominium Parcels of the
said Condominium. ~
