. OCEANA HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.
ARTICLE I.
General
-
Section l. The name of the corporation shall be
OCEANA OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., and shall be referred to
herein as the "Condominiwn Association".
Section 2. The principal office shall be located at
9700 A-1-A, Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, Florida, or at such
other place as may be subsequently desiqnated by the Board of
Directors.
Section 3. Other offices for the transaction of business
shall be located at such place as the Hoard of Directors may from
time to time determine.
ARTICLE II. -

Membership
Section l. This Condominium Association has been
~ organized for the purpose of managing, operating and maintaining
, Oceana Oceanfront Condominium ~e ("Condominium").

S~ction 2. All owners of Condominium Parcels in said
Condo~ninium shall automatically become members of the Condaminium
Association upon acquisition of their awnership interest as p=o-
vided in the Declaration of Condominium appertaining thereto as
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Trans-
~ fer of awners hip in a Condominium Parcel, either voluntary or by

; operation of law, shall automatically terminate the membership in '
; the Condominium Association of the owner of such Condominium

~ Parcel.
