miniwn Association for any cause, members in good standinq at

the time of such dissolution shall be ~ntitled to participate ,
in the final distribution of the Condominium Association's assets
~ to the extent of their awnership interest in the assets then held
by the Condominium Association, all as more fully provided in the
Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condaminium One.
ARTICLE III. - ~
Meetinqs, ~of Membexs
Section l. The annual meeting of inembers shall be held .
at 6:00 p.m. on the first Monday in February of each year at
the principal office of the Condominiwn Association or other desig-
nated place. .
Section 2. Special meetings of the members, held at
the saine place as the annual meeting, may be called at any time
by the President, or in his absence by the Vice Presidentf or
by a majority of the members of the Board of Directors. Subse-
quent to the relinquishment of control of the Board of Directors
; . by the Developer, it shall be the duty of the directors, President

; or Vice President to call such a meeting whenever so requested

j by members of the Condominium Association constituting a majority

E of the outstanding ownership interests. ~

; Section 3. Notice of the time and place of all annual

and special meetings shall be mailed by the Secretary to each ~

~ member not less than fifteen (15) days before the date thereof
~ and shall also be posted in a conspicuous place on the Condominitnn ~

~ property not less than fifteen (15) days befo're the date thereof. ~

3 Section 4. The President or, in his absence, the Vice

President, shall preside at all such meetings.
