A complete list of the members entitled to vote at each annual or apecial meetinq of the membership shall be furnished and certified by the Secretary of the Condominium _ Association and such list shall indicate the number of votes of . each meniber. Only those persons whose names appear on such certi- fied list shall be entitled to vote in person or by proxy at such meetinq. ARTICI.E IV. ~ . Board of Directors Section 1. The business and property of the Condaaini~a Association shall be managed by a Board of three (3) directors until the "first effective annual meeting" {as defined in Article VIII of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Condominium Asso- ciation) of inembers of the Condaaainium Association; thereafter, the Board shall consist of eleven (11) directors. Section 2. Except as provided in Article VIII of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Condominiwn Association (which ~ i is incorporated herein by reference), all directors shall be i ~ elected by the members at the annual meeting of inembers. At the ~ "first effective annual me~tinq" of inembers, five directors shall i ~ be elected from among the residents of the Condo~ninium fo= a ~ two-year term, and six (6) directors shall be elected from among ~ ~ the residents of the Condominium for a one-year term. At all r ~ subsequent annual meetings, directors shall be elected frv~n among ~ ~ the residents of the Condaninium for a two-year term.
