at any time by a two-thirds vote of the full Board of Directars.
An officer or director may be removed by a two-thirds vote of
the meiabers present at an annual meetinq or special meeting of
the members called for the purpose of considering such removal.
- Section 8. The directors may, by resolution, appoint
members of the Board as an executive conmittee, to manaqe the
business of the Conda~ninium Association durinq the interim meetinqs
of the Board. The executive committee shall keep records of its
meetings.

Section 9. Directors or officers shall receive no co~n-
pensation for their services in such capacity, but a director
or officer shall not be precluded fram receivinq caanpensation
for any services rendered to the Condominium Association in another
capacity.
Section 10. At each annual members' meeting the directors
shall submit a written statement of the business transacted durinq
the preceding year, together with a report of the general financial
condition of the Condaninium Association, a report of the condi-
tion of its tangible property, and a report of the status of assess-
; ments. Such statements and reports shall be mailed to members
'I not present at the annual meeting.

~ Section 12. The directars shall have such additional

~ powers and authority as provided in these By-Laws and as are

~ conferred by the Certificate of Incorporation of this Condominium

~ Association, the laws of the State of Florida, and the Declara-
~
~ tion of Condominium of OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM ONE.
