Section 4. Management. The Board of Directors shall have the pow~er and authority to engage the services of all per- - sonnel necessary for the maintenance, operation and management of all Condominium properties, including the riqht and power to employ attorneys, acoountants, contractors and other personnel, and/or the Board of~Directors may contract for professional manaqe- ment, ~n which event the Board may assiqn and delegate the entire management responsibility of the Condominiwa Association, reserv- ing, however, such supervisory control as it deems necessary. Section 5.
