All amendments shall be certified by the Secretary and recorded
in the Public Records of St. Lucie Courity, Florida, as amendments
to the Declaration of Condominiwn pertaining to Oceana Oceanfront
Condominiwa, in accordance with the terms of said Declaration. No
amen~aents may be made which would in any way limit or interfere
with the authority and control of the Developer as herein provided.
I HSREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing By-Laws were duly
adopted at the first meetinq of the Board of Directors of OCEANA
OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.
