MEMHERSHIP AGREEMENT i
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~16_t_h_ da~y of aepteaiber ,
1975, by and betw~een OCEANA RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. ("Recreation
Association"), a non-profit Florida corporation, and OCEANA OF
HUTCHiNSON ISLAND, INC. ("Condominium Association"), a non profit
Florida corporationt
W I T N E S S E T H: '
In consideration of the covenants and agreements herein-
after set forth to be performed by the respective parties hereto,
and the payment of assessments as hereinafter provided to be paid
by the Condominium Ass~ocfati.on, the Recreation Association does
hereby provide said Condominium Association with Membership in said
Recreation Association, thereby entitling the awners (and their
guests and invitees) of all condominiwa parcels located on the
property described in E~chibit "A" ("Owners") to the non-exclusive
use of recreational* facil~ties located in St. Lucie County on prop-
erty described in Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference. Said Membership is granted upon the
following terms, conditions and covenants, to-wit:
1. Term. This Membership Agxeement shall be for a
term c3f ninety-nine (99) years conunencing at 12:00 noon on the
1~ day of September , 1975, and continuing thereafter
until 12:00 noon on the 1_ day of September , 2074, unless
sooner terminated in accordance with the terms herein. The Member~
ship Agreement shall be renewable for an additional ninety-nine (99). ~
year period at the option of the Condominium Association.
2. Annual Assessments. The Condominium Association
hereby covenants and agrees to pay to the Recreation Association
certain annual assessments determined by the Recreation Association
as follows: The Board of Directors of the Recreation Association
