~ 11. No Other Agreements. The Recreation Association
has made no representations or warranties to the Condomin~um
Association other than herein contained. Any amendments to this
Membership Agreement shall be in writing and shall be executed with
all of the same formalities as in the execution of this Membership
Agreement.
12. Inva~lidity. If any right of the Recreation
Association granted hereunder is judicially determined to be invalid
or unenforceable, such determination shall not result in a termina-
tion of this Membership Agreement except at the election of tlie
Recreation Association.
13. Definitions. The term "Recreation Association"
as used in this M~embership Agreement shall be deemed to i~clude the
' successors or assigns of Recreation Association, and the term
"Condominium Association" shall be deemed to include the succeQsors,
- and/or assigns of Condominium Association. Wherever reference is

made to this Membership Agreement, the Certificate of Incorporation,
~
E By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Recreation Association, or

i any other document pertaining to Oceana, such reference shall include

~ any and all amendments and supplements thereto.
~ 14. Additional Membership Agreements. In addition to
Oceana Oceanfront Condominium One, the Finisterre Corporation contem-

~ plates constructing two additional Oceana condominiums of I27
~
~ and 32 condominiwa parcels respectively. It is contem~lated

t that the Condominiwn Associations governing these additional condo-
~ miniums will enter into membership agreements similar to this one.
