or under circumstances whicb make it difficult to determine whicb
of us died ~irst, Y direct that my wi~e, ALYCTs L. WAGNTR~ ehall be
deemed to bave eurvived me for the purpose o~ this Will, and Y
direct further that tbe proviBions of this Will shall be construed
upon that assumption irrespective of any provisions of law
. establishing a contrary~presumption requiring survivorship for a
~ fixed period a.s a coadition of taking property by inheritance.

Yn the eveat that at the time of my death Y am the owner or
co-owner of any real estate~ insurance settlement, bank account,
government bond or securitq or instrument o~ indebtedness~
(whether issued by a private corporation, a governmental agency,
or an.individual~ which is registered or issued in the aames of
myself and another persoa or persons as tenants by the entirety~
or as joint tenants with right oY survivorship, or which is

registered or issued in my name, but is payable to, or apparently

' payable to a named bene~iciary upon my death, I declare it to be

my intention that all my right, title and interest in any such
