to them as Rxecutors named in said Will coming on this day to be
heard; and it appearing to the Court from the evidence submitted
that Clifford Lowell Wagner, a/k/a Kip Wagner departed this life
on the 26th day of Febru~ry, 1972, leaving as his Last Will and
Testament the instrument now presented to this Court for probate,
attested by Byron T. Cooksey, Lynne Ai;monetti and Nancy Snqder
as attesting witnesses; and proof of the•same having been made as
~ required by law; and the Court being fully advised:
