~ WHEREAS, CLIFFORD LOWELL WAGNER a/k/a KIP WAGNER, late
of the county aforesaid, died on February 26, 1972, leaving his
Last Will and Testament, which was tRen duly admitted to probate

and recorded in this court on the ~ day of , 1972; and

WHEREAS, ALICE L. WAGNER and the FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL
BANK AT VERO BEACH, Executors named in said Will, are entitled to
Letters Testamentary thereon, and they have taken the prescYibed
. oath as required by law and have performed •all other acts neces-
sary to their legal qualification as such Executors;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, I, MILES B. MANK, II., County Judge in
and for the county aforesaid, by virtue of the power and authorit
by law in me vested, do hereby declare the said ALICE L. WAGNER
and the FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACH, to be duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as Execu-
- tors of said Last Will and Testament, with full powers~to admini~
ter according to law, under the terms of said Will, all of the
property of said CLIFFORD LOWELL WAGNER a/k/a KIP WAGNER, Decease ;

; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the same; to pay the

! debts of said decedent so far as the assets of said estate will

! permit and the law directs, and to make distribution of said es-

~ tate~according to law, under the terms of said Will, and to rende

~ due accounts of their administration.
