~ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this~_ day of , 1975, between .
CARL JACKSON and MARIE D. JACKSON, hfs wife, parties of the first
part, and MICHAEL D. HARTZOG, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that if the party of the second part shall
firat make the payments and perform the covenant~ hereinafter mentioned
on his part to be made and perfonaed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenant and aqree to convey and assure to the said party
of the seocnd part, his heira, executors, administrators or assiqns,
in fee simgle, clear of all encumbrances whatever, by a good and suf-
ficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the County
_of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, of PINEHURST, a subdivision
accozding to the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 6, Page 9 of the Public Records of St.

pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of Twelve Thousand
Nine Hundred Ninety-One and 40/100 ($12,991.40) in the following manner:
Said sum to be paid in equal monthly installments, together
with interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 8~$ pe= annwn, in
the amount of $134.63 conu~aencing on the 4th day of October ,

~ paid in full. Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at

~ any installment maturity date but this shall not extend the time
~ of maturity of any subsequent installment; and to pay all taxes,
asseasments or impositions that may be lega•lly levied or imposed
upon said land subsequent to the year 1975, and to keep the buildings

~ upon said premises insured in some company satisfactory to the parties
k of the first pa=t, and payable for the parties, respectively as their

~ interests may appear, in a sum not less than TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
~ ($12,000.00) during the term of this Agreement. And in case of
