HomeMy WebLinkAbout0200 or any part thereof, or to perform any of the covenants on hie part hereby made and entered into, this contract shall, at the option of the parties of the first part, be forfeited and terminated, and the party of the second part shall forfeit all payments made by him on this contractt and auch payments shall be retained by the said parties of the first part in full satisfaction and liquidation of all damages by them sustained, and the said parties of the first part ~hall have the riqht to re-enter and take possession of the premises aforesaid without being liable to any action therefore. It is also aqreed between said parties that this contract shall not be assigned nor shall any alterations, additions, or improvements be made in the premises without in each case first obtaininq written consent of parties of the first part for the duration of this contract. ~ If default is made in payment of any installment over a 7 days grace period of due date, then at the option of the parties . of the first part and without any other notice all the remaininq ~ installments shall become due and payable at•once. The party of - the second part aqrees to pay all costs including a reasonable ' attorney's fee in the event of default.
