level, whichever is lower, or receive approval for a greater height by
submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation Administration.

4. The Grantee,expressly, agrees for itself, its successors and
assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which shall
interfer~e with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the
St. Lucie County Airport.
5. A Florida Highway Patrol Station sh~ll be erected upon the -
above described land, and in the event that a station is not erected
thereon within two (2) years from the date of the execution hereof, or
in the event a station is so erected, but the property is subsequently
abandoned for use as a Florida Highway Patrol Station then, up,on the
happening of either event, the title to said real property shall revert
to the Grantor. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this deed to be executed
