RACHBL CORBETT , who upon first being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That she is a Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida; and that as such
she is custodian of the Official Record Books and Plat Books for St. Lucie
County.
2. A s such custodian, she has examined the recorded plats of St. Lucie
County and has ascertained that there is only one section in Coral Cove Beach,
the same being Section One.
