ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause cominq on for hearing pursuant to notice, and
the Court having heard the testimony of DEBORAH ANN JONES, it is
~ thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, GARY EDWARD JONES, is hereby directed to• -
pay to DEBORAH ANN JONES, who is awarded custody of the minor child
born of this marriage, subject to reasonable visitation rights with
said child by $aid Ausband, the sum of $25.00 per week commencing
Friday, October 24, 1975.
.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-
ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
I; the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence

j addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ 2. The Husband, [3ARY EDWARD JONES, is hereby directed to pay

to the Wife's Attorney, C. R. McDonald, Jr., a temporary attorney's

' fee in the sum of $100.00.
3. Each of the varties is hereby enjoined and restrained
~ from interfering with, harassing,or annoyinq, the other.
