FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE TAIS CAUS$ havinq come on to be heard for trial on the 23rd day of October , 1975, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdictinn of the parties and the subject matter of thia suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAARIS MOTES, JR. and BONNI$ MOTES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the _ obliqations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILD. Permanent custody of the minor children of the parties, namely SAMARA MOTES and CHARISTA MOT$S, shall be with the wife subject to the husband havinq reasonable riqhts ' . ~ of visitation to and with the said minor children. i _ i 3. STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The Stipulation i i and Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated s - ~ herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ ~ 4. JURISDICTION.
