Not defend any leg~l action in which the Respondent or any of i~s insureds is, or may become, a defendant, commenced before or after the entry of the Order appointing a Receiver, without author- ization of this Court. f. Not send out the notice required in Section 631.341(1) and (2), Florida Statutes, unless this Court enters an Order of Liqui- dation pursuant to the provisions of Section 631.131, Florida Statutes. 2. All policies of insur.ance or similar contracts of ~ coverage issued by the insurer shall remain in force until further order of this Court; provided, however, that a policy of insurance or similar contract may be cancelled or terminated if any ane of the following events occurs: a. normal expiration of the policy or contract coverage, b. insured replaces coverage with another insurer, c. insured teYminates the coverage, ' d. non-payment of premium to respondent, e. premium finance company advises respondent that the insured has failed to pay the premium finante company under the pro- ' visions of a premium finance contract and requests lawful cancellation. 3. Pending a determination of the financial status of the Respondent, it is a further Order of this Court that insurance, new ; or renewal, shall not be written or issued in this Stat~ by the i ; Respondent. i ' 4.
