The Department of InsurAnce has given the Respondent proper notice of the Hearing by serving the Order to Show Cause and Temporary Injunction entered by the Honorable Hugh M. Taylor, one of the Judges of the above styled Court, on October l, 197S, on the general agent of Imperial Insurance Company and upon the Honorable Philip Ashler, Insurance Commissioner and Treasurer. A copy of the Order to Show Cause and Temporary Injunction was also served by mail upon the California Department of Insurance. In view of the Court's findings and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that: . The Department of Insurance of the State of Florida is hereby appointed AncilZary Receiver of Imperial Insurance Company, and said Ancillary Receiver is authorized and directed to: 1. a. Take immediate possession of alI property, asseta and estate, including, but not limited to, all ~ffices maintained by Respondent and a1I rights of action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and a12 property of every kind whatsoever located in this state, belong- ing to or in the possession of said Respondent or its officers, directors, employees or agents pertaining to ~he Respondent's business, including, but not Yimited to, all bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, furniture, fixtures and office equipment, and all real.pro- , ; pert~ of said Respondent and to hold all such assets pending further ~ Order of this Court. ~ . j b. Apply to this Court for further instruttions or orders in the discY,arge of its duties. •,i c. Appoint Deputy Anci23ary Receivers and employ such counsel, . ; clerks and assistants as it deems necessary. The Ancillary Receiver is further suthorized to compensate such deputies, counsel, clerks and assistants and to pay all expenses of taking p~ossession of the assets of Respondent and of conducting these proceedings as fixed by the Anci2lary Receiver and approved by this Court, such payment to be made~out of the ° ~ funds or assets of the Respondent in the possession of the Ancillary Receiver. . d.
