and the title to the encumbered property ahall pasa fully and
completely to the purchaaer named in the certiflcate of title.
10. That upon~the filing of the certificate oP title by
the Clerk, he shall disburse the proceeda of the sale in the
PolloMing manner; he ahall retain hi8 fee and shall satisfy
any unpaid Court costs, plus the costs of advertising the
sale, he shall pay to the Plaintiff the amounts enumerated
in paragrsph four herein above, plus interest thereon from the
date of this decree to the date of payment; any remaining
sums he shall deposit in the registry of this Court to remain
pending the further orders oP the Court.
11. That the Courts retains ~urisdiction of this cause '
for thepurpose of making any and all furthe~r orders necessary
and appropriate.
