by him remitted promptly to Lanette Rowe Chambley. in addition
there ia hereby assessed the aum of $1.00 as statutory coats
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shal~. be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The stipulation aqreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassinq or annoying
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of $350.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for hi.s services herein
and the Husband, Clarence Stephen Chambley, is ordered to pay said
attorney $175.00 towards said sum.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
