This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Rule to Show
Cause set for 11:15 A.N., October 17, 1975, and the Court being advised in the
premises and having heard the testimony of the Husband that he has not paid
the {+Hfe or her Attorney the sums set forth in the Final Judgmeat dissolving
the marriage dated June 16, 1975; it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADNDGED that the Husband is hereby found to be in
con~empt of Court and may purge himself by paying a lump sum on October 17,
1975 in the amount of $40.00 to the Wife. Said payment shall be made through
the Clerk of the Court as set forth below.
IT IS FURTHBR ORDERED AND ADNDGED that the Ausband is hereby
in arrears for $450.00 which said sum shall be paid as further ordered by this
Court upon application of the Wife.
IT IS FURT~R ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payments to the i~lif

shall temporarily be reduced to $15.00 per week beginning October 25, 1975,

~ and continuing until January 1, 1976.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADNDGED that the~Husband shall pay

~ to the i~life's attorney, Rupert Jasen Smith, the sum of $330.50 at the rate of

~ _$25.00 per month beginning January 1, 1976.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all payments to the

i ~ Wife, not including the Wife's attorney, shall be paid to the Clerk of the

- Circuit~Court, St. Lucie County, Florida and on each payment there shall be

assessed the sum of $1.00 statuCory costs to be added to each payment and both
~
~ parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and
