Commencing at the intersection of the North line of Government
Lot 2, Section 1, Tawnship 36 South, Range 40 East, with the East
right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; run South-
easterly along said East riqht of way.line, a distance of 1068.33
feet to the point of beginning; from said poi~t of beginninq run
with a foYward angle of 69 degrees, 36 minutes and 30 seconds to
~ the East along a line parallel with the North line of said Govern-
ment Lot 2, a distance of 692.7 feet, uwre or less to the East
' right of way line of South Indian River Drive, said right of way
line being 15 feet East of a center line of South Indian River
Drive measured at right angles thereto; thence with a back angle
of 67 degrees and 28 minutes, run Northwesterly along said East
right of way line of South Indian River Drive, a distance of 98.84
feet; thence run West and parallel to the North line of said
Government Lot 2, a distance of 688.74 feet more or less to a point
bn the Tast right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence
run Southeasterly along said East right of way line of the Florida
East Coast Railway, a distance of 97.4,feet to the point of begin-
ning; together with all lands lyi.ng between the South line of the
j aforedescribed tract and the North line of Wooten's Subdivision,
~ accorcling to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, at Paqe 197
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; as well as all
; lands adjacent to and Easterly of the aforedescribed lands to the
mean high water mark of the Indian River, excepting therefrom the
