Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 90 and run Sauth along the East
line of said Lot 90, 333.45 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract
hereinafter described; thence cantinue South 295.25 feet to the North
line of Midway (iVhite City Back Road); thence turn and nm Westerly along
the North right of way line of said Road, 637 feet to the East right of way
line of Selvitz Road; thence turn and nui North along said East right of
way line, 243.35 feet to a point which is 333.3 feet South of the North
line of said Lot 90;~ thence turn and run East 628.27 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
