NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, F].orida, on
the 8th day of April, 1975, by the above-named Plaintiff
against the above-named Defendants seeking to recover a
writ of replevin pursuant to §'78 of the Florida Statutes ~
on the following described personal property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
All General Electric appliances, more particularly
