further acknowledges receipt of and reading and er.aminstion of said
Declaration, its E::hit~its, and budget, sales brochure ancl floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- ;
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of ~
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
' attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of tl~ terms and vrovisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- ~
chaser acknowledges and confirns that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O:aners' Association has encumbered
and ir.lpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion ar.d said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the PropPrty
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirr.?s
that all ~rarranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
~ contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
, attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the :
f Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only. '
