It is hereby stipulated and agreed that the trial of
the above cause, with leave of ~urt~ be postponed to a later date
to be agreed upon by counsel for all parties~ that a settlement
agreement has been entered into and Subject to full payment of the
$4,574.00 claimed by the plaintiff, this ca.LSe may be dismissed on
application of either party, and in the event of failure to pay the
agreed am~unt of $4,574.00 in accordance with the settlement agree-
ment, a Final Judqment may be entered against the defendants for .
the unpaid balance of said agreed amount.
