determines: 'Ihis Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the

~ • ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

k i EUGENE BRYANT and JUDY MARIE BRYANT be and the same is hereby

{ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

~ ; the bands of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~
~ obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of JERRON BRYANT, age three (3)

~ years of age and MICHAEL BRYANT, age two (2) years of age, minor

children of the parties, is hereby awarded to NDY MARIE BRYANT with

j~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to EUGENE BRYANT.

~ 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 3!~ day of

~ 1975, EUGENE BRYANT shall pay to JUDY MARIE BRYANT the sum of
$20.00 per week, per child, each and every week, for the support of the

s; children named above.
~i Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to JUDY MARIE BRYANT. In addition there is

hereby assessed the sum of $1. 00 as statutory costs to be added to each
