MICHAEL A. BUTT, Executive Vice President of Citizens Federal,
DOUGLAS A. BERNHARDT and SYLVIA E. BERNHARDT, in order to clarify the
status of Citizens Federal Loan No. 3760, qive the followinq affidavit:
l. A mortgage was originally recorded in O.R. Book 235, at page
235, at page 2711, which mortgage contained the wrong legal description

2, The correct legal desc=iption of the borrowers' property is:
Lot 22, B1oCk 5, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT ~1,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, Pages 1& 2, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the original mortgage recorded contained the wrong legal
description in that it referred to Lot 21, rather than Lot 22.-
4. That in order to correct this mortgage, a corrective Mortgage
Deed was filed and recorded in O.R. Book 236, at page 2010, of the St.
,
Lucie Coun t y Public Records correcting the legal description from
"Lot 21" to "Lot 22".
_ 5. This mortgage is still in full force and effect and the
association has released Lot 21, which the borrowers did not own, and
in order to release Lot 21, recorded a Satisfaction of Mortgage in

~ _ O/R. Book 236, at page 1790.
i 6. The intent of the Satisfaction of Mortgage was merely to re-

~ lease Lot 21 and to Substitute said mortgage lien on Lot 22, which has
been done by re-recording said Mortgage Loan No. 3760 is still in full
force on Lot 22, as will be evidenced by the re-recording of said
mortgage on Lot 22, which mortgage is re-recorded in O.R. Book 236, ~t.__
~ page 2010 of the St. Lucie County Public Records.
