THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of October, ~
h. D. 1975 by 8& S INVSSTMSNTS, INC., a F ol rida corporation,
ereinafter called the Grantor, to SLORICK GAS, INC., a Florida
corporation, whose post office address is : P. O. Box 2, Fort ~~.y~~
Pierce, Florida 33450 , hereinafter called the Grantee: \

strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and_other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
