FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS LUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of October, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now'exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEC as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD C.
WHITNEY and CAROL A. WHITNEY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
` bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~ obligations arising therefrom.

F 2.RESTORATION OF NAME. CAROL A. WHITNEY be and she is hereby
€ authorized to assume her former name of CAROL ANN BAIDEME and to
~
~ use the same in all respects as if said.marriage had not inter-
~ '
~ vened.
~ 3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $100.00
~
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein
` and DONALD C. WHITNEY, husband is ordered to pay said ~ttorney
~ within thirty (30) days said sum.

~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

~ parties hereto is.retained for the entry of such further orders
~
~
g as may be proper. ~
