This matter coming before this Court on consent motion of _
the Plaintiff and Defendant; the Court being advised by counsel
that Plaintiff~ exhibits #7 and #8 at trial (Comparable Sales
Maps) are not contested matters•, and will not prejudice either
party if returned to Plaintiff's appraiser:
It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of Court release
Plaintiff's exhibits #7 and ~8 (Comparable Sales ~iaps of St. Lucie
and Indian River Counties), which were introduced at trial of this
cause on Segtember 15, 16, and 17, 1975. ,
~ Said exhibits to be released to Plaintiff's appraiser,
~ Peter Langer upon his request to the Clerk.
