THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified petition of

RAYMOND EDWARD KIRR, for the adoption of CHRISTOPI~ER WAYNE DAHL, and it `

appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person
to adopt the minor child sought_to be adopted and that the best
interests of this child will be promoted by the adoption and that the
child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, RAYMOND EDWARD KIRK,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as CHRISTOPNER
WAYNE DAHL is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner and is
given the name of CHRISTOPHER WAYNE KIRK, by which name he shall
hereafter be known, and it is • ~
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child ;
