ACTION came on for hearing on the ~ day of

- full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:~
this Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now
exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage
is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti-
tioner, MARIJANE JOHNSON GRAHAM, and the Respondent, MELVIN E.
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
Ii each of them are forever_freed from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. AGREF.IrII?NT. The separation and property settlement agree-

~ 1975, was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure

~ and under circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the
~ best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is

~ incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are
~ ordered to comply with all the terms of the agreement. ,
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~
~
~ just and proper in the premises.
