FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 28th day of October, A.D.,
1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines as follows:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. Therefore, it is: ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between STEVE T.
LOWE, Husband and FAY R. LOWE, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are he=eby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
, arising therefrom.

i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LAURA FAY LOWE and ANN MARIE LOWE,

minor chilclren of the parties, is hereby awarded to FAY R. LOWE with
~ reasonable visitation ri hts reserved to STEVE T. LOWE.

~ 3. PROPERTY. The property settlement stipulation aclmitted
~
~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
~

~ are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. In the event the
~
' Husband fails to convey to the Wife his right, title and interest in

; the real property described in Paragraph 3 of the property settlement

° stipulation within ten (10) days of the date of the Final Judgment,

` then the Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance of the Husband's right,
~

~ title and interes t in the said real property.
