from the Commissioners, and it appearing to the Court that
the sale was conducted in accordance with the terms of the
order of sale previously entered.in this cause, and that
the money arisinq from said sale has been paid into the
Registry of the Court, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the report of sale by the
Commissioners is hereby approved and they are hereby ordered
to convey by Commissioners' Deed to the Plaintiff, ROBERT P.
DIMMETT. . ~
